This is to bring in notice the poor service standard of LG india. I submitted my complaint on 29th August10 and till date i.e.6th septe10, i am just receing promising calls from the engineers.
Firstly the part was not available and too simple part which was glass trun tray of the microwave which is also not very old but i boguht last year itself. After receiving the part i was told that manpower problem is there.
LG, a brand and has no manpower to provide service after sales. I repeatedly followed for my case both at the numbers of engineer and local call center but ended into agony. Not only this i availed for AMC at the time of buying but then also no sincere attendant is there.
