I have purchased a Microwave Oven on 27 Feb. Since we have purchased it the central rotating motor of oven is not working. I have also launched the complaint against the same. Complaint No:- MB-0411009317. First i made a call to the dealer, he told me to call customer care call center. Then i called the Call Center, he told me to call service engg. Service engg (Sajid-9664601704) came & told there is problem in motor you will have to call Area Manager. Then i made a call to Akshay Service center (Samidha-9224899083/02512496372). Kalyan for the contact no of Area Manager, she refused me to give the contact no. No one is ready to give the contact no. of Area Manager.(dont know the reason why). Everyone is saying that call this person or that person. I dont what is going on. Company like Whirlpool is behaving like this is very disappointing for me. I have wasted my two working days and several Mb calls following your OFFICERS.Is this your Quality Policy.
I will not accept the repacement of the motor in exsisting unit.
I want the entire unit to be replaced.
I kindly request to take the serious action against the same.
Also I m looking forward to launch complaint aginst Whirlpool App. in Consumer Complaint Court.
There is no any other option left for me..
