Moser baer
Pen drive not working

Sir,

I have purchased a moser baer pen drive 4GB on 21.06.2008 from Santosh Infocom, 167/7, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata . when i insert my pen drive into my computer it shows removable disk instead-off drive name and then i click it shows "please insert a disk in to drive". I have every receipt of the shop and your pendrive details and the pendrive is also under the warranty period. please solve my problem as soon as possible and take some decision to replace it.
