Subject: Returning the Defective piece of Spy pen-16GB.

Ref: My Order No: 1124010 dtd 17/12/10. Rs 1749/- Paid.

Dear Sir,

I have received the item as per my order referred above on 20/12/10.

Upon checking the item I found that the camera is recording upside down and the voice is not clear. So It needs to be replaced immediately.

Pl also note that there was no CD/Catalog for the item and neither there were any operation instructions.

As per the instructions received from the customer care office, I am sending this item to your address for your doing the needful n to replace it immediately with a correct product and dispatch it along with warrantee card/CD/User Manuel..
