Not refund my money

Dear sir i have order blackberry 9539 3G on 09 march. i have recevied this product on 16 march, but i found in this product many fault as like memory card no support and touch no properly work and hanging problum.then i was return my order after than i have recevied new refersh order but same problum in this product then i was requset that i want return my money.i was sent to Naaptol product on 23 April.but still i have not recevied my money or product. i'm daily called to naaptol care but they are not give satisfied answer, now 5 months have completd i have paid Rs 9200/- so please i requst you kindly take action agianst him.and please provide me my money as soon as,
