Hi, I bought a BOSS ephone 3300 mobile handset thru naaptol.com (online purchase). Not even a month am seeing issue with the product and as per the warranty card it will be repaired/replaced if any issues in 6 months. Handset touchscreen does not work now and am totally out. Each time I call their customer care support person I get a response saying their system is down and call back after 10 mins.
NAAPTOL IS A SERIOUS BETRAYER AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.
