I HAVE ORDERED A MOBILE HANDSET ON 21ST MARCH TO NAAPTOL COMPANY. THAT MOBILE HANDSET WAS i5800 XPRESS MUSIC (FULLY TOUCH SCREEN MOBILE PHONE). BUT I GOT A FULLY WRONG PRODUCT.
WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS TO THEIR COSTUMER CARE, NONE OF THEM WERE READY TO GIVE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE AND THEY WERE NEGLECTING ABOUT THIS MATTER.
PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS ACTION!
