Incorrect Order, Poor Service, Delay in Delivery

I purchased a product with order number 1176680. The product arrived late and was not as described and in addition was not in working condition. I then sent the product back asking that the correct product be sent and in working condition at the earliest or a refund be provided. Its been 2 weeks since they received the product back and they have not shipped the return product. I have now asked them to refund me my money and they are refusing to do so.

Please help a customer out and never buy from Naaptol again.
