Sir I have purchased a product worth of rs.3000/- from naaptol on phone and the product they delivered to me is a cheap and under graded product product and when I have spoken to the customer care they say they cant help. Is there any law to face them or we have to stay in the unjustified darkness. Literally its not less than a crime.
Please open up your eyes at least for now and beware of the companies like "NAAPTOL".
