My order for a cell phone was despatched to Salem Office Which was in turn forwarded to Tiruchirappalli Area Office. The consignment no. LA 0250637 was returned to consignor without informing me on 19/04. Today I verified and found that 'delivery on payment of cash facility 'is not available at Ariyalur. My request to staff to Trichy and Salem fell into deaf ears. Hence, this grievance.
