Have ordered and paid online for Micromax mobile. Did not receive the set in 10 days. Requested Customer service to cancel order, on 3 days separately. Neither the ordered item is received, nor it is cancelled.
I am everytime informed the cancellation request is forwarded, but it is not so.
Naaptol deliberately does not have any item tracking system. Also they do not have Email ID, except of CEO's, to whom I have sent 4 mails, with no response till date.
I feel Naaptol is the biggest online fraud company, acting at behest of phony suppliers, who make money, at the cost of genuine buyers.
