I had purchased a mini portable fridge from NAAPTOL through online nerely 5 months before. When the product was delivered it was found broken. So I had to sent it back on my own expenses and asked hime to refund the purchased amount. On telephonic conversation they agreed to returned back purchased amount. But instead of returning back money they sent the item again. I refused to receive. After that I have contacted several times by phone regarding this matter. They only assured me to return back my money verbaly. Till today theye are not returning my money. In between already 4 months has been passed.
