I am purchased the HTC G1 Android mobile phone through Naaptol. My order No : 4010350. The phone sent to me was not functioning. After the Naaptol's advise through email, I resend my phone through Blue Dart Courier Service to said wharehouse in Mumbai.. After that I have received email from Naaptol ([email protected]). Email copy enclosed herewith. As per this email information the whole phone sent by General Post Office AWB No: RD103592662IN. But the said parcel Not yet received by me at till date. I enquired the Post Office, there is no parcel is booked in this AWB No: RD103592662IN .
So, I want to receive the new phone from Naaptol. In this matter I write so many emails to [email protected]. Please Make necessary steps to solve my problem with Naaptol and other one Not got this experience with Naaptol.
