I HAVE BOOKED FOR ONLINE PURCHASE OF BLACKCHERRY MOBILE, BL8000 ON 17 AUG THROUGHNAAPTOL.COM, ORDER NO.670659 &PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS.3199/-(THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE ONLY) SAME DAY THROUGH HDFC DEBIT CARD NET BANKING.AFTERWARDS THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT BY GIVING THE EXCUSE THAT MY RESIDENCE IS OUT OF THEIR COURIER SERVICE AREA.THEN I REQUESTED THEM TO REFUND & CREDIT MY AMOUNT OF RS.3199/- IN MY ACCOUNT ONLINE.THEY KEPT ME ASSURING OF REFUND, BUT AFTER GIVING 4-5 REMINDERS & COMPLAINTS TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, (COMPLAINT NO.271466), TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION TO REFUND MY MONEY.
