Don't know where to start the complaint list!!! --
1.) Ordered a mobile. Till about 2 months there was no sign of the delivery of the product. Everytime we contacted the customer care, all they said "ur order is being processed." What does that mean?? No one in the call centre could help!
2.) One fine day, @ months later, we received the product. That too, it was an un-sealed box, half damaged. Once we opened it, there was NO BATTERY!!
3.) Tried to contact Naaptol to tell them the situation, they said "please sort it out with the delivery guy"!! What is the poor delivery company guy going to do in that! Are we buying from the delivery company or from Naaptol???
4.) Call Centre people are complete dumbos who dont know anything and cannot get a single thing done. Extremely rude to talk to. If we voice our problem, they start screaming!! Is this how you deal with customers??
Bottom line, completely un-trustworthy, delivers damaged and incomplete products, and has no sense of business and customer redressal.
