Inproper service and bad quality product

Dear Sir,

I brought a sony ericson nainte mobile 5 months back, i have given it for service for three times in ambattur, but the problem is not solved yet,

when i cal some one from mobile that hears my volume very low, if out of house i can't talk to anyone as the person wont be able to hear me.

last three times i given for service it is not rectified, and the service provided by the service center is very poor after taking the mobile they almost 2 hrs to give job card, even though 3 girls are there for client service they chat the whole day and wont even respond to customer queries. i am now days very busy with work dont even have time and fed up to go for a service in that service center since no proper response and service.

I have the mobile with using it, due to this my idea of buying next sony ericson is totally gone.
