Non replacement of defective mobile

I have bought a cell phone from Naptol.com which I received on 23-aug-10. Within 7 days of receiving the phone it stopped working. After that I have called the complain department, they said i should send them the phone through any other courier. So I had sent them the phone on 24-sep-10 through maruti courier. the courier came return saying that closed then next day i personaly went to deliver but then also it was closed then after few days i went again so it was open so i delivered it on 4-oct-10.They said that i will recieve replacement within 10days. I called them on 14-oct-10 Naptol People, they will replace my phone and send a new phone to me within 7 working days as they had told me at the time of purchase that in case there is any problem with my phone within 6 months they will replace it as mentioned in the advertisement. Again, after 7 days they told me that you will get it within next 7 days which I didnt. Then again I called up after 7 days, they told me the same thing. Last time I called them is on 19thNov-09, 30.11.010 & 16.12.10 and they told me that I will positively receive the phone in a week time. I have not got it till NOW. I tried calling so many times but they speak rudely and are not at all helpfull. I am feeling that I am being cheated.
