I ordered Nokia Lumia 710 through Order No. 3282862110 Transaction ID NGPAY1111062196 on 15th April. As per Terms Product had to be delivered within 10 working days. however because Chandigarh is a non servicable are, product could not be delivered. I requested for refund on 24th April. however till date no confirmation has been provided by the company even after repeated reminders. Nobody bothers to pic phone or revert on email. very BAD customer service.
Called on 03rd may and again enquired for refund but no status update... waiting for refund as i have to make Credit Card payment
