my name is sonu. i am using nokia 5130 xpress music phone with imei no is 355246/03/119400/4. on 8th may it just got some charging error. so, i went to nokia care at OKHLA PH-II NEW DELHI 20. they told me that your phone is wet by liquid. but i know that my phone was never wet by any liquid but they said like this and told me that it will cost 1850 rupees. i refused them to do that n asked to give my phone back. when i saw t again i found that the board of my phone was changed with the damaged one. today i went there again but there manager didnot believe me and denied me to do any steps against there workers who steel my phone hardware..it shows that may be he also involve in this. i requested you that please take some action against them if they are doing such crime. i am totally mentally disturbed with their act that they just did with me. please help me out.
