Handset is not working properly

I had purchased my Nokia5233 handset on 2nd Jan from Bangalore. And i have given my handset for the software updates in the Nokia care near Marathalli, Bangalore. After that it was not working properly. The mobile battery is also giving very less backup. Kindly take immediate actions against the Nokia care located in Marathalli area.
