Non properly working of Mobile set & non properly attended by nokia care

Dear Sir,

I had purchesed a mobile set of Nokia model 6303i from Sattyam Agencies, Samad road, Aligarh vie Bill NO.1172 Dated:23/05 . The IMEI No.358302038292718 of this moble & since very first day this mobile set was not working properly with the problem of incoming voice, display was currupt & i had request to nokia care many times but still set is not properly working & we are not getting the proper responce from the Nokia Care. I am feeling that they are only passing the time to come out from the warrenty Period. Request you to replace this mobile.
