I purchased the Nokia 5310 Xpress Music Mobile Handset on 9-9-09. But after discovering a fault in the dedicated side music key, I submitted it to the following nokia care center:

on 7 Dec.09. The tranceiver was taken to repair and I was asked to collect it within 10-15 days. But when I got there to collect my phone on the 16th day, I found that it was still not working properly. I brought the fault into their notice I was asked to collect it after two more days. Even after 2 more days, the phone was not repaired. They keep trying to make a fool of me and asked me to come again and again after some time. Whenever I checked my job sheet status on web, I found that the phone is repaired but its not. I was even told that the phone needs to be send to the factory and I should collect it after 5 days. But when I got there after 5 days, they again said that the phone is not repaired and is needed to be send to the factory again. When I asked them about what happened when it was previously send to the factory, they didn't replied correctly. Whenever I put my job sheet on the delivery counter, the person says that the phone is repaired but when he goes to collect it, he comes after 10-15 minutes and creates a whole new story everytime...
And after so much days, I am still unable to get my phone repaired.
Does it takes so much time just to fix up a key???
I, therefore request the concerned authorities to navigate through the whole matter so that the reputation of the company should remain on the top...
