Please find the details of my experiences of using Nokia E 63 & later with Nokia Customer Care
Date of Purchase: 05/12/ 2009
Started giving trouble: January First week onwards however ignored it for sometime, Most of the time it is out of coverage area, coverage is there one minute and next minute its not there
Taken to Nokia Care Centre :
1st Time : 25 Jan they checked everything and returned at the end of the day... within one hour problem reappeared.
2nd Time: 27 Jan they wanted to keep it with them for checking, so they kept it and agin called me on 29 Jan stating the problem has been rectified.
Happily went there to receive my mobile, within 5 mins time they problem reappeared inside Nokia Care centre itself.
Given back the mobile to them again for repair and the faulty stand by set which given to me. This time they told me they will be sending it to the factory for rectification.
Then it was handed over to me on 9 Feb... came back to my office, within hours time same problem resurfaced again NO NETWORK COVERAGE. Then I called up the Care Centre, told them the status, to my surprise, they told me that they have checked up everything & how this could happen again...
I dont want to go Nokia Centre again & again, Pls advice.
