I am to bring into your knowledge that the above mobile phone was purchased on 27/02 for rs.9500/- that the some has been given to the workshop two times nokia care jagatpuri delhi-92 and three times at the noida center c-4 sector 2 (in all five times) but it is of great destroy to me that the daid mobile has not been in order yet. I have no option left but to request your goodself to either change the above daid mobile phone or refund my money in full with a compensation for the charges.
I have to opent on my visit to the service center further, if no action is taken at your end by your goodself, I will have no option left but to go some appropriate forum
