UNABLE TO GIVE ME SUPPORT SERVICES

Sir I bought a mobile Make Nokia, Model E-72, IMEI No. 352724049147720 from NOKIA priority sector 22.After showing me the false demonstration and promises for use the email services, I made my mind to buy the costly mobile for accessing the email 24X7 basis on mobile screen with pop up messages of my emails. But it is very sad to inform you that the day I bought my mobile I am unable to receive any email on my rediffmail account. I enquired from my Airtel services for the same for which they had configured my mobile as per procedures but all in vain they have suggested me to enqire to Nokia care. I have tried on phone as well as on Nokia Care Khanna which refuses to help me and replied in negative answers, whereas other email server such a yahoo etc are operational on the mobile set. For that Iam loosing my bussiness urgent emails on rediff account for which I bought this mobile purposely. Kindly help me out.
