on 27/05/02010 i havr purchased nokia 7210 supernova handset from magnet Telelinks pvt ltd at heera panna my invoice number is hpm1/01169. after one month the display started blinking, i thaught it may be because of memory card.so i switched it off & switched on it became proper.after 3 months it started blinking again, whem i switched it of & on it was not proper.then i gone to the store from where i have purchased it. at that time they told me that you go to the nearest nokia care.i have never such worst store in my life they are treating customer like they have more work other than customer.i m also working in a service industries, we nevre trear customer like this.when i scold them that i have purchased from u its ur duty to take it to the nokia care, then they took it to the customer.& after 2 or 3 days they told me taht it is a physical damage it is not peice problem.i changed the display by local people who charged me 600/- rs for that display.now on 7/10 the another problem was created the mobile was giving a message star up phone without simcard even if there was a sim card inside, i took my mobile to that same sadyal store they idiots told me u take this mobile to the nearest store at lower parel at today telecom, instead of checking that mobile under warranty first, that idiot lady i dont know her name she is saying u extend ur warranty by rupees 500, arey i told if it is in warranty know & there are know 6 months to expire why u r saying taht u extend it. it seems that u are alredy aware that nokia phones are third class especially this 7210 supernova. they give me the time of monday ie 11/10 to collectt the peice, but i dont want this peice i want a brand new handset in place of it, if not i will go to the consumer court & i will LAUNCH COMPLAINT.
