Dear Sir,
I had bought a nokia-7210 handset in the month of may. in the month of oct-10 my handset got dead, i had submitted the same to nokia care centre (aryans communication) at Lucknow, they had repaired & gave the same back . but again after 3 days same problem had occured. i had submitted my phone 5 times in the same centre but every time same problem had occurred after 3-4 days.
when i had gone to nokia centre in the month of jan for the same issue with my handset they said that the internal seal of my handset is broken so they are not able to repair it under the warranty.
i dont understand how can a customer will check as what had happened internal hardware of handset.
i am continuously follow up with nokia team reagding the issue but of no use from last 4 months.
