Defective product and poor service

Dear All,

I am very sorry to inform you but the services whcih I am getting is very poor.

I have bought Nokia X2 on 30th October within 2 months there was some problems found in that and I went to Nokia care and submitted the same to get it repaired I was told I will get the same back in 12 days which dint happen and I got the same back after a month.

Later in the month of Feb I faced and issue with headphones I get it replaced again as the same was in warranty period.

last week again I faced similar issues in my headphones I went to Nokia care again and I ask them why this headset is giving problems, to my surprise I was told that this headset is diffective and they are getting regular complains on the same. I gave a call to Nokia care centre on 022-30303838 to get a good quality headset as my headset warranty will be expired on 30-04 (6 months warranty for accessories).

My complain was taken on 26-03 and I was given a complain no 1-11582867190. I was told that my issue will be resolved in 48hrs. I dint never got even a single call after which I gave a call again on 29-03 I was assured by teleofficer that he will arrrange a call back from his senior before 9:00pm same day whcih again dint happen.

I dint received any call till 4:00pm on 30th March. I got a call after 4:30 pm when I was watching Cricket with my family. Later on 31st morning when I called again I was managed to speak to senior officer named Rajveer who told me that his disignation is floor supervisor, Post speaking to him he assured me a call from technical team by 5:00 pm.

This was the third time when thy have failed from their commitments. Post which I again gave a call at 6:30 I was told that a person named Manish is taking care of my case I emphasised to connect my call to him, after a long negotiation with teleofficer my call was connected to Manish. When I spoke to manis I was thought he is the person who will resolve my issue, but to my surprise he was a floor supervisor I got frustrated and I asked him when my issue will be resolved he stated that he is Escalating my issue and I will again receive a call from Escalation officer in 48 working hrs I asked him to tell me the exact TAT which he explained after my force that 48 working hours is 4 working days to get a call from Escalation officer.

My questions to you is.

1. Is I have done a mistake by buying Nokia Phones?

2. Why if the headset is diffective Nokia is not taking corrective measures?

3. Why his consumers need to complain for its product once in every two months from the date of purchase.

4. What is Customer care support is for? Does an Escalation call needs 4 days to actually call and provide the resolution of complain?

5. When a consumer is complainig for a particular accessories why the same is replaced which again spoiled?

Hope this becomes an eye opener for Nokia and I hope to get some positive reverts from your end.
