I got a Nokia X3 in August and thats when the problem started, 45 days post that My phone started creating problems I took it to the Nokia care centre (M/s Telesolutions based in College Square, Sector 5, Salt lake city, Kolkata). My phone heated itself up automatically and the battery used to run out pretty quickly. The care centre told me that they cannot repair the phone and the phone needs to be sent to the company for repair. They tried to repair the phone for 30 days almost but could not do anything and after numerous phone calls they decided that my phone needs to be replaced. They sent me an old Nokia 5220 as replacement because the phone had scratches on the screen. I refused to take that and then they gave me an offer between Nokia C5 or X3 but finally send me an X3 with a new IEMI number whose warranty started from Nov 22 5 months down the lane I am facing the problems with the phone again. My phones switches itself off automatically when i slide the phone down and if the phone is in the pocket also switches itself off automatically. It does the same while calling out at times. I took it to the same repair centre from Nokia and they took it for repair .5 hours later they call me and tell me that my phone has liquid damage. My phone has never got into water and I have never used it while it was raining and they say it might have occured due to perspiration.frustrating... I am a very angry customer who needs help
