I have purchased nokia Handset 5310 xpress music on 13/10/10 from No kia priority shop shree olympus, G.M.College Road, Sambalpur.vide bill no3444 in the name of my son Sidharta Suri with one year warranty.
On 22/08 I found that our phone is completely dead and I send my staff to Nokia care centre for repairing of the same. The authorised person at nokia centre told my staff to bring the original bill along with mobile because it is not repairable. And today i.e.on 26/08/10 I again send my staff along with original bill to Nokia care centre they directly deny to replace the same saying that you have dismentle the set at any local repairer which is not true. So I request Nokia company to interfere in the matter and settle the issue at an earliest otherwise I dont have other choice than to take shelter of court of law. Once again I request you to solve my problem otherwise today onwards NO-KIA to NOKIA
