My name is Namrata Bhesonia
I am a consumer of Nokia 5800, which was bought in sep On 20th September i went to Mulund's Nokia gallary (mulund west nearby station) for a complaint regarding the Power button of my hand set, the guy over their told me that it can be repaired with the payment of Rs 350/- later on other guy besides him told me that since your phone is in warranty period we will do it free of cost, then again one of them went to ask some senior person and then finally said that i have to pay 350 rs and they will take my phone for 10 days. since i stay in Ulhasnagar, i came back and tried in Ulhasnagar's nokia care, where on 22nd september, they took my phone for servicing of Power key free on cost and said that it will take 10 days last saturday i went to take back my phone but they said thay will call me when it is done today is 16th day since my phone is with Nokia people, and they have not even called me yet on my land line no not only that they have not even gave me any spare phone to use till my phone is with them... since 16 days i am roaming phoneless... just let me know when i will be getting my phone back, coz my warranty will be ending at 9th Oct.
I hope nokia will take this seriously... and a quick action will be taking for this.
