Supplied Defecting Mobile Lumia 710

I purchased Nokia Lumia 710 on 15th Jun'12 evening.

Came to know there is some problem with the mobile as it was not configuring with Window Live Id (Configuration is mandatory to use the mobile phone).

I sent the emai to Nokia support on 17th June'12.

Got replied that I need to reset my mobile, did the same but nothing happned on 18th June'12

Called Customer care Nokia discussed the matter for around 2 hours: Nothing improved.

On advise of Nokia customer care, I went to Nokia care center for updating the mobile software.

I kept my mobile whole day with nokia care center: Nothing happened and they returned the phone in evening.

I am mentally distrubed due to defective mobile phone supplied by Nokia. The phone costed me Rs. 15000, which is very huge amount me.

I am not able to sleep properly as my whole money is on risk.

I need my mobile phone get immediately replaced and compansation of INR 5000 to be provided for my mental and personal life distrubnace.
