Nokia care charging for internal component even the N97 still in warranty

Hi,

I am Rajendra Here, i buy N97 cell phone around 10 month back, within 10 month i got so many issue like deiplay Problem..etc, once they already replace Display last month.today again i got the issue with display not working and when i reached to nokia care they said that there is internal damage to component which can not be consider under warranty, i am looking help less now, the cost of component is 4500 which they are charging.please help

cell phone current ESN/IMEI Number-354225032058039 (within 10 month they replaced the EMI Number once because of the issue with cell..i asked for the details as of now they are unable to give my previous IMEI Number).
