I have purchased the NOKIA-E52 handset 9monts back from Nokia's Authorised dealer. Since then the hand set has stopped 4 times. Each time I submitted the handset to Nokia Care, Lower Parel. Each time it took 10 days to get the piece repaired. No explanation was given as to what exactly was the fault. I even extended the warranty for 1 more year.
But now I am fed up with the handset. Due to frequent failure, I lost my valuable data / contacts / SMS etc. as well as each time I remained without phone for 10 days. I believe there is some inherent manufacturing defect. I demand from NOKIA to replace my handset with new one.
