Handset quality issue

i had brought a nokia e72 15days back from a shop named mobule world aluva, cochin.on the second day after i purchased the handset it is alwais switching off and switch on completly, i had contacted aluva nokia but of no use the back side of the steel panel has big gap, always hanging up, not able to configure e mail, issue in data cable, sending data using cable is not possible, i had purchased the had for using internet? i had lost my2000
