Dear Sir/madam,
It is the sorry state of affair that the behaviour and treatment given to me for servicing of above said hand set by one of your dealer named PUSHPAK MOBILE COMMUNICATION (contact person Mr Shakti Cell no 91 98 120 23102) at bhadurgarh is not at all satisfactoy. I got my mobile set repaired from the same on dated 26-12 by replacing the keypad as he claims and i have paid Rs 450/- for that, but now again same problem persist and i have been told by him that he will again charge for the same.
If your dealers behaved /treat the customer in this manner then you will loose your customer one by one in the long run.
