Handset found liquid damage because if sweat

Dear, Sir

I have given my nokia N97 EMEI no 354225032063401 and JOBSHEET number is 765504867/100414/39 handset given for side unlock key damage at VCARE IT SERVICES & SOLUTION PVT LTD 20/21 B wing Mezzanine floor Satyam Shopping Centre M.G.Road Ghatkopar (e) Mumbai 77 but now they are saying warranty is VOID because of liquid damage but water that is found is because of sweat as its found near ear speaker n if warranty is void because of sweat water then what is use to buy any handset in warranty
