Sony xperia play
Not giving phone back

I have given my xperia play to the sony service center at rohini on 17 july because there is a problem in phone's display. They promised to return within 7 days... bt they are not abe to repair it till now... its more than 20 days.. after that we did complaint in head office also... my ticket id no... is 93398174...
