I WAS INFORMED TO GODREJ CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY REFRIGRATOR NOT WORKING AND COMING DIRTY SMELL FROM FRIDGE ON 12.04. THEN THEY WAS BOOKED MY COMPLAINT AND ONE PERSON MR. PRAVEEN COME TO MY HOME AND HE WAS TOLD FOR GAS PROBLEM. WE HAVE PAID RS.1150/- FOR SERVICING AND ETC CHARGES TO DYNAMIC SERVICE CENTER WHICH WAS SERVICE AUTHORISED DEALER FOR GODREJ VIDE CASH RECEIPT NO.2138 DATE 13.04.2011. AND THIS INFORMATION ALREACY GIVEN TO GODREJ CUSTOMER CATE CENTER AND ALL CONCERNED PERSONS FROM 14.04.2011 EVENING, NO ONE TAKE ANY ACTION ANG GIVEN ANY RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE. NOW I AM SUFFERED BY GODREJ SERVICE CENTER. TILL TODAY I.E.17.04.2011 TIME 12.02PM NO ONE IS COMING AND NOT COMPLETED THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS MY COMPLAINT.
