New defetive product

I bought a closet Parryware Model Cardif P trap WH from dealer Sanitary Equipment Stores, XL/3397, Ernakulam, 682035, invoice no.425 dated 30th May. The closet had problem with it, I called the company technician. He came and recommended for a replacement unit. Till today I am waiting for the approval from their head office at Madras. Today When I called the local consumer care no. they told me again they will sent a letter, asking for the speedy process. It is one and a half month and still I am not able to use the closet because of the manufacturing defect. Several calls are made to customer support center regarding this.

I have no idea what kind of customer support these companies are providing.

I hope to get some action from this website.
