I bought Samsung galaxy S advance on 20 - 10 - 2012 @ Samsung smart phone cafe (R T Nagar). 10 days before i was facing the problem with the PLAY STORE, then i called Samsung customer service for trouble shooting, the person who spoke with me didn't provide me any (T.S) steps. He just asked me to force stop the play store and restart the unit. Problem not resolved. Then he gave me the service centre address and asked me contact them to upgrade my phone. I even i was facing the problem with the head phone and the officer asked me to replace the accessories. When i went to the service centre the owner Mr. Gopal didn't give me proper response, he asked me to come evening then again he told me to collect my phone next day evening. I aggried and came away. And the next day he gave ne the phone and he told that the problem is resolved. I praised Samsung service and came home. later i came to know that he didn't upgrade he have degrade my phone were i started facing problem with YouTube, Facebook, social hub, play store, everything..

And for replacing the head phone the owner is telling me to use few more day because he will provide the new one only if both the speakers broke.

Then i called Samsung customer service. People started disconnecting my call and even some rude behaviours, i don't remember any bodies name accept sandeep who disconnected the call on 6-12. I never expected this from Samsung service. I called them on 9964485163/9741528538. They disconnected the call with in a second once they pick.
