We are valuable customer of Eureka FOrbes and we are using it's products since a long time. But now, we are facing problems by your service franchise.
At present, we are using Aquaguard Compact Cartridge plus Pump in our home since 2001. Since then we we are taking contract of TWO year service of Eureka FORBES (CONTRACT RECEIPT ID - 18287027) and it is going to expire on february.
Now we are very unhappy with the previous service (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi).
On 5-Dec, i had made complaint (COMPLAINT NUMBER - 58) of my aquaguard pump not working. After waiting for a week, we have not received any response so i continued to make complaints about pump. Even their enginner (MR.PRAMOD) came but he was unable to resolve our problem. Regarding this issue we made complaint to their representative MR. BHARAT BHUSHAN and MR. SANJAY KSHAYAP but no action was taken and our pump probleam is not resolve yet.
From 28-DEC, i have called 8-10 times to customer care (COMPLAINT NUMBER - 69589355) but every time I am getting the answer but nothing has happened till date, I am very disappointed with the Eureka Forbes services.
It's 11th of January today and it is very annoying that after spending so much money, we still have to spend 300 rs. a week for packaged drinking water.
Now the state is such that i have to address this issue to consumer court!
