My prepaid Airtel Number is 9878001543 in Bathinda. I have not used the mobile for the last three months or so but M/s Airtel has deducted all the balance amount of Rs.156. When I switched on my mobile few days ago, I came to know that there were numbers of unwanted SMS sent by Airtel and negative balace of Rs.4.60. It is such a disgusting matter that such a big company is doing malpractices. I tried to contact customer care but there is no such option wherein they can understand our grievances or make us contact with customer care executive
