Unauthorised deduction of amount from airtel no.9002199146 & 9933906716 towards loading of ringtone for a duration of 15/30days (what-so-ever it may be) without prior intimation & consent of the mobile user.
Due to imposing of unwanted services the faith & reliability of a service provider gets deteriorated.
I want to draw the attention of Airtel Service Centre to take up the matter seriouly.
