Calls were debarred without information

Dear Sir/Maa'm,

This is to inform you that the calls were debarred to/from my AIRTEL prepaid no. suddenly without prior intimation. On calling up 121, I found out that they required documents to be submitted for verification. However let me inform you that last year an airtel employee had come to my residence and had collected the photo copies of the documents for verification. So it is a management error on the part of AIRTEL because it seems those documents were either not submitted or were misplaced by them.

Also this happened at a time when I needed my cell the most. I was in the middle of a family crisis, as my dad was admitted to the ICCU. I could not manage to get my documents as I was away from home. So thanks to AIRTEL I was disconnected for 2 whole weeks during this phase.

To top it all, the airtel employee I spoke with to ask if anything could be done to help me through this crisis, he banged the phone down saying "do whatever you want to, we can do nothing to help you."
