I bought an IFB Microwave Owen on 31st May. IFB representative came to give us a Demo on 2nd June. While he gave the Demo Smoke started comming out of the owen and we could smell burning plastic smell. He said the unit was defective and sent another representative the next day who took photos and videos of the owen. On 11th June there was again another representatiove from IFB who came to inspect the owen again and he totook photos and videos of the owen and told us that a replacement would be provided. Since then the IFB representatives here (Mr Vasant) have been giving me false assurances that I will get replacement in two days and so on... Its 24th June today and till date there is no replacement provided. Each department in IFB that I contact blames the other department for the delay. I am totally frustrated that no one in this company cares to provide a solution. I had similar experience when I bought IFB washing Machine. I do not recomend IFB products to any one. They offer the worst possible service in the industry.

If any of you know the email ID of customer care head of IFB India, please share it with me. I would like to write to him/her about the service they offer.
