I bought one Aqua Guard Water Purifier 2 years before. After Warranry I entered in to AMC which was exist up to Feb. My Purifier does not pouring water properly. I logged a complaint on Last Tuesday (24.07.2012) complaint No:67556539, being holy month for us I requested them to attend immediately, but they confirmed to attend only next day, I said OK. Till last Friday nobody attended the call. When I followed up they are asking me, why not attended, and no proper response. Then Friday (27.07.12) again when I contacted I spoke with one Ms. Divya, she said sorry and promised to send the service guy on same day and provided one more complaint No:87352135. Till today nobody attended. Today just half an hour before I again contacted and spoke with one Mr. Shanmugam, I explained the problems, even this gentleman man also provided one complaint No:67647144 and promised to attended the call. I pray atleast today my problem get resolved. Even after paying huge money for AMC I paying money daily atleast Rs.100/- for water for regular use.
Earlier when I had a problem, Eureka use to attend the call very next day iteself. But this is the first time I am facing serious problem with them, when ever I use to call 39883333 every time some different person speaks and give confirmations and complaint numbers. But all false commitments.
A company like Eureka Forbes which we thnik as one of the family member whould not behave like this. I am really unhappy.
