Hi, I am Jatin Maheshwari, booked a complaint with Godrej Interio (After Sales Service Department) regarding the re-assembling of my double bed on 28th Aug. The complaint No is 529614.
As per your company policy, the technician will address the complaint within 48 hrs. However, my complaint has not been addressed till yet although I have already called your Customer Care 10 times. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior shown by their “After Sale Service” department.
