We bought a study table at Godrej company operated show room at Mahatma Gandhi road, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, on 12.02.11. It was said the unit will be dispatched and assembled with in a maximum of 7 days. They sent a wrong item after around 10 days. We informed them and continued to remind them to get the correct item delivered. They delivered the correct item, but did not bother to get it assembled. The response of Godrej show room staff to the reminders for assembly was dismal. Till today (21.03.11) the table is lying in the packing, on the floor, in my house. Nobody assume any responsibility at the show room. When ever we call they say "we will send the person tomorrow with out fail" or they tell concerned is not available.
Please help to resolve this issue.
