Dear All,
I am Vishal Kumar and have purchased 2 Godrej swing mattress from Mahalaxmi Furniture in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. One Mattress which is 5*6 ft is of good quality while another 6*6 was very hard and coir mattress while I have purchased Foam Mattress.
From the last six months, I am following up on the same issue with the dealer and a excutive from Godrej named Mr. Nadir. But nothing has been done in this regard till date and I am getting mentally harassed from such kind of after sales service when the product is in guarantee. So, I am writting this mail to the concerned authorities to take prior action in this regard and do favor to the needful.
